We are proud to say that our packaging is eco-friendly and made from recycled materials. Please ensure you do your part and help close the loop by recycling or reusing our packaging when you are done with it.


We ship all orders Monday-Friday via the below delivery options: 

UK DELIVERY

Free UK Shipping on all orders over £200.

  • Standard via Royal Mail (5-7 working days): £5.00
  • Express via Royal Mail (1-3 working days): £8.00

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All of these options are fully tracked.

Europe:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £30.00
  • Europe Standard Delivery via Landmark Global or DPD (depending on destination) ( 5-15 working days): £20.00

USA:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £35.00
  • Standard via FedEx ( 5-7 working days): £25.00

Rest of the World:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £35.00

**Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional customs and duties. Má + Lin is not liable to pay these fees and unfortunately we have no control over the additional charges. 

**Please allow extra time for customs clearance which is beyond our control.

All delivery dates are given for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Although we will do our best to ensure you receive your order within the approximate time frame, we are not responsible if your order is delivered outside of these time frames.

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. While we do everything we can to ensure a safe delivery of your item/s, please note that we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or for an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all labels and tags still attached, and in its original packaging they were delivered in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Má + Lin cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit and it is the customer’s responsibility to track their return safely back to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ma-lin.uk and we will send you our Returns & Exchanges Form which needs to be completed and included with your returned item(s). After the form gets approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs. 

For UK customers, both returns and exchanges will be free of charge.

For international customers, you must cover the shipping fees for both the returned item and new delivery cost.

Faulty Goods

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
