We are proud to say that our packaging is eco-friendly and made from recycled materials. Please ensure you do your part and help close the loop by recycling or reusing our packaging when you are done with it.


We ship all orders via the below delivery options: 

UK DELIVERY

Free UK Shipping on all orders over £200.

  • Standard via Royal Mail (5-7 working days): £5.00
  • Express via Royal Mail (1-3 working days): £8.00

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All of these options are fully tracked.

Europe:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £30.00
  • Europe Standard Delivery via DPD ( 5-10 working days): £15.00

USA & Canada:

  • Standard via FedEx ( 4-7 working days): £20.00

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £35.00

Rest of the World:

  • Standard via DHL ( 4- 5 working days): £35.00

**Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional customs and duties. Má + Lin is not liable to pay these fees and unfortunately we have no control over the additional charges. 

**Please allow extra time for customs clearance which is beyond our control.

All delivery dates are given for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Although we will do our best to ensure you receive your order within the approximate time frame, we are not responsible if your order is delivered outside of these time frames.

 

 

VAT, Customs & Taxes

EU orders:

From 1st July 2021, the European Union VAT regulations have changed for online sales:

All orders under 150 (incl. shipping costs) will now be subject to VAT at point of sale (applicable VAT rate based on final destination). The total cost of your order will be visible at checkout, with no further customs charges. An additional benefit is a quick customs release, speeding up order receipt.

All orders over 150 (incl. shipping costs) will not be subject to VAT at point of sale, and import VAT will be charged by each respective country upon the goods arrival, together with further customs charges.

Non-UK / Non-EU orders :

All orders do not include VAT and the amount will be removed automatically at the checkout. Import VAT is payable upon delivery.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or for an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all labels and tags still attached, and in its original packaging they were delivered in.We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Má + Lin cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit and it is the customer’s responsibility to track their return safely back to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ma-lin.uk and we will send you our Returns & Exchanges Form which needs to be completed and send back to us by email. After the form gets approved, you can post the item(s) using a Royal Mail tracking service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note we are not able to cover the cost of returns, and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The shipping of the exchanged items is free of charge for UK orders. We aren't able to cover the exchange shipping cost for orders outside the UK.

Faulty Goods

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
